- Operational management of a small team of up to 4 employees
- Responsibility for goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse management, intralogistics, shipping and material picking
- Active participation in day-to-day business - hands-on mentality required
- Ensuring smooth and efficient logistical processes
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of logistics processes
- Close cooperation with production and other internal departments
- Ensuring an efficient material flow
- Support in the introduction of new systems and digital solutions
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate or comparable further training advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Initial or several years of experience in leading a small team
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision or Business Central
- Interest in digitalisation and new system solutions such as WMS, scanner solutions etc.
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in working actively in operational day-to-day business
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Motivation to actively shape processes and drive improvements
- Responsible team leader role with plenty of scope for design
