CNC Programmer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You programme and optimise CNC machines for glass processing

• You create and maintain CNC programmes for various production orders

• You set up the machines and conduct test runs

• You work closely with production to ensure optimal manufacturing processes

• You analyse and resolve disruptions in the programme flow

• You develop innovative solutions for process optimisation

• You carefully document your programmes and work steps

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in the machining sector (polymechanic, machining mechanic or equivalent)

• Solid knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software (ideally Mastercam)

• Technical understanding and spatial imagination

• Precise, independent and responsible working style

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence

• Willingness to continue training and work shifts (2-3 shifts)
