Member of the management team and reporting to the General Manager, you contribute to defining the strategy and ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable services to our clients in the fields of energy production and distribution (steam, water, gas, electricity), energy portfolio management, as well as waste treatment and recovery.
You also ensure the performance and optimization of industrial infrastructures.
In this capacity, you lead and support a team of 120 employees, distributed across 13 sectors, who work daily to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities.
Your assets:
- Master's degree in engineering (EPF/HES) in chemical, mechanical engineering or equivalent training
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex technical sites in the chemical, pharmaceutical, processing, petrochemical industries or public services
- Mastery of EHS issues and ability to embed a culture of prevention and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in managing critical and continuous infrastructures
- Recognized practice in performance management and continuous improvement
- Strong operational and budget management skills, with a rigorous and collaborative approach
- Good knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
- Collaborative leadership and hands-on approach
