To strengthen our Spitex Solothurnisches and Mittleres Leimental we are looking for immediate or agreed start:

Head of Psychiatric Nursing Unit - Spitex 60% - 100%   

Your tasks with us:

• Ensuring high-quality psychiatric care and nursing for our clients and their relatives in the home environment

• Maintaining interprofessional collaboration within the Spitex nursing teams as well as with external agencies

• Professional and personnel management of a team of around three employees

• Responsibility for the further development of the psychiatric nursing unit

Our expectations of you:

• Qualified nurse HF/FH

• Professional experience in psychiatric nursing

• Leadership experience is an advantage

• Sense of responsibility, high social competence and ability to work in a team

• Possession of a category B driving licence

• Good written and spoken German skills
