Your future area of responsibility

Responsible for the preparation and follow-up as well as the attractive presentation and continuous replenishment of the breakfast buffet
Responsible for orders, checking delivery notes and invoices
Close coordination with other departments of the house
Ensuring compliance with all HACCP requirements and hygiene standards

Your profile

Completed training as a cook or several years of experience as a career changer in the breakfast area
Confident handling of stressful situations and a cool head, even with high guest volume
Very good German and English skills for smooth communication within the kitchen team
Willingness to work early hours from 5:00 am

The position is classified according to the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry in wage group 3 (LG 3). The basic salary – for a 40-hour week – is currently €2,165.00 gross. An overpayment depending on qualification and experience is of course and will be negotiated individually.
