- Ensuring the stable operation of the entire IT infrastructure
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
- Performing technical assignments on-site at the customer
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through qualified technical support
- Professional experience in ICT support or system administration
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and VMware expected
- Experience with M365, Exchange, and backup solutions is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills necessary
