YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the smooth administrative admission of emergency patients in close cooperation with our emergency nursing staff and doctors
• Initial assessment and care of patients together with the qualified nursing staff
• Responsible for nursing day coordination and organisation of the emergency department
• Administrative tasks such as sending medical reports, maintaining statistics, handling performance controlling as well as answering internal and external telephone calls
• If necessary, support the nursing staff in caring for emergency patients with technical and therapeutic nursing procedures such as blood sampling, performing ECGs, applying bandages and casts, administering medication and infusions, etc.
• With your valuable contribution, you make an important contribution to constructive, interdisciplinary collaboration in our lively emergency operation

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional qualification as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with experience in a clinical environment
• Good German and IT skills
• With your calm and composed manner, you convey the necessary security to our patients and their relatives
• As a resilient, sociable and responsible personality, you contribute significantly to successful teamwork
• You are willing to support our emergency team in early, late and weekend shifts
