iwaz offers, as a social enterprise, assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social contracts, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.
The venue features two gastronomy areas with different focuses and clientele.
The iwaz Clubhouse offers enjoyable gastronomic experiences for private and public occasions with up to 200 guests for banquets, seminars, cultural, and business events.
Our iwaz Bistro, designed as a self-service community gastronomy, prepares up to 300 meals daily for employees, trainees, and residents of iwaz.
As an integration partner, we offer professionally managed training positions and provide jobs for people with disabilities.
To expand our club team, we are looking for a
Service Assistant 20%-40% (hourly wage) starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your Tasks
- Supporting the team at events of all kinds as well as in the daily à la carte business
- Managing your own station during lunch and dinner service (à la carte, banquet, and seminar areas)
- Handling cash and daily accounting
- Adhering to service standards
- Complying with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
Your Profile
- Preferably a qualification as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ, EBA, or equivalent experience in service
- Good German skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer orientation
