WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

As a (Junior) System Engineer at BDO Digital, you will dive deep into the world of M365 cloud technologies and support our customers in operating their IT environments efficiently and securely.

From the start, you take on responsibility:

• You support our customers in 2nd and 3rd level support (also 1st level if needed) and ensure fast, sustainable solutions
• Your focus is on M365 environments: device management, endpoint security, software deployment, and modern collaboration solutions
• You participate in projects for the introduction and optimization of modern workplace solutions and assist in creating policies and IT standards
• You take on versatile technical tasks – from planning and installation to training and supporting end users

In addition, you support your colleagues in central IT infrastructure areas, especially with Sophos firewalls and network technology with HPE Aruba.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

We are looking for talents who are not afraid of challenges or innovations. You have:

• Up to 4 years of experience in system engineering with a focus on Azure and/or M365
• An innovative mindset: you like to try out new technologies and recognize trends and potentials early
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and broad IT expertise
• A can-do mentality: you are eager to learn, think solution-oriented, and interact confidently with customers
• Language skills: very good German and English skills, French is a plus
