Then you are exactly right at TRIKNO. As a Technical Salesperson in After Sales, you plan and schedule our service technicians and coordinate worldwide service assignments including flight and hotel bookings as well as liaising with our customers. You prepare quotations, orders, and invoices for service assignments and spare parts and take over the planning and technical clarification of upgrades and retrofits. You support customers and service technicians by email and telephone in remote support. In addition, you create technical instructions and independently manage service projects. You have a technical basic education and have further trained as a Technical Salesperson with a federal certificate of competence. Experience in a comparable position, very good German and English skills, as well as confident handling of MS Office are prerequisites. You are a doer, gladly take on responsibility, and want to actively develop existing processes. With your open, competent manner and confident appearance, you convince customers and partners.
