Within the P&C Department, and to strengthen the French-speaking Switzerland Benefits service (P&C), we are looking for a P&C Benefits Team Leader between 80 and 100%, based in Lausanne. The role involves both leading a team of specialized managers and managing claims files.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Provide your support and technical advice to your collaborators on cases
- Organize and coordinate the work of your group: hold team meetings, one-on-ones, organize replacement plans, etc.
- Actively participate in the weekly management meetings of the service and collaborate closely with the service manager as well as other team leaders
- Train your collaborators (10 people) and ensure the proper application of management rules
- Plan, organize, and control the processing of your team’s benefit cases and actively participate in the improvement and simplification of processing procedures
- Independently and proactively handle part of the claims cases from your own client portfolio (from the opening and in close collaboration with damage experts and specialists)
- Maintain regular contact with partners, insured persons, and stakeholders involved in the cases
Your profile:
- Federal insurance diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in the property benefits field
- Experienced leader, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, create a positive work atmosphere, and promote employee development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments
- Native French speaker, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office)
