ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for professional IT service from the first user contact to the successful resolution of more complex workplace and system faults
Provision and lifecycle support of modern workplace technologies as well as technical support for office and production environments
Participation in stable infrastructure operations and further development of internal IT services, support processes and technical standards
Promotion of efficient IT use through knowledge transfer, meaningful documentation, asset management and close cooperation with internal and external contacts
Qualifications:
Solid IT educational background and experience in a versatile support or operations function
Profound understanding of Microsoft-based system landscapes from endpoints and M365 to Windows Server, directory services and file services
Technical interest in automation and efficient IT operations as well as ideally practical experience with PowerShell and established IT service management methods
Resilient and responsible personality with a structured working style, team spirit and confident communication in German and English
