Job Description
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an autonomous client developer with excellent interpersonal skills. After comprehensive training on our services, you will be responsible for prospecting new partners, particularly in the construction sector in the Vevey region.- Develop the client portfolio through prospecting (telephone, face-to-face, etc.) and maintain existing partnerships
- Recruit profiles suited to client needs and expand the candidate network
- Analyse client and candidate expectations to ensure the best collaborations in line with everyone’s needs
- Enhance your visibility, that of leteam, and strengthen links with our partners through various events
- Optimise relationships and the network to increase turnover
- Manage relationships with partners and various stakeholders
We Expect
- To be driven by challenge
- You live near Vevey and have a good network
- To have a background in technical, commercial, or equivalent fields
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment, personnel management, or business development)
- A strong interest in negotiation and results (good knowledge of sales and prospecting techniques)
- To add value through your personality and authenticity
- To be autonomous while knowing how to surround yourself with the right people to achieve your goals
- To demonstrate perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills: communication skills and ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with clients and candidates
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written (a second language is a plus)
