Plastics Specialist (m/f/d)
The ROCKEN partner develops, produces and distributes sophisticated plastic injection moulded parts and assemblies for the industrial, medical and laboratory sectors. Their range of services extends from development and design, through injection moulding and subsequent operations, to worldwide distribution. To meet the high quality demands of their customers, their products are manufactured according to medical GMP standards, food standards or industrial standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling production processes to manufacture high-quality plastic parts
- Setting up, operating and maintaining injection moulding machines and other production equipment
- Optimising production workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
- Conducting quality controls and documenting results to ensure compliance with specifications
- Collaborating with the development team to implement new products and technologies
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of plastics processing and handling of injection moulding machines
- Experience in process optimisation and quality management
- Technical understanding and the ability to manage complex production processes
- Fluent German language skills
