Your area of responsibility
- Personal and financial assistance for individuals and families according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines and internal regulations
- Advising people in difficult life situations
- Drafting and implementing decisions of the Social Committee
- Independent case management and maintenance of case documentation
- Assertion of financial claims against third parties
- Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
Your profile
- Degree in social work HFS/FH or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in social assistance and social insurance law advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, professional conduct even in demanding situations
- Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Numerical aptitude as well as administrative and organisational skills
- CAS Case Management (with a focus on health) advantageous
- Very good IT user skills (Tutoris, CMI, M365)
