• Personal and financial assistance for individuals and families according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines and internal regulations
• Advising people in difficult life situations
• Drafting and implementing decisions of the Social Committee
• Independent case management and maintenance of case documentation
• Assertion of financial claims against third parties
• Cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies

• Degree in social work HFS/FH or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in social assistance and social insurance law advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, professional conduct even in demanding situations
• Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Numerical aptitude as well as administrative and organisational skills
• CAS Case Management (with a focus on health) advantageous
• Very good IT user skills (Tutoris, CMI, M365)
