In this role, you shape the interface between business and technology and ensure stable, efficient SAP operations. You ensure that business processes are optimally mapped in the SAP system and that a smooth flow of information is guaranteed. In doing so, you actively accompany digitalisation and contribute to mapping legal requirements in the system. You also drive innovations in the SAP environment to sustainably increase productivity throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
You support internal users with questions about business-critical SAP processes and ensure smooth application operations.
You investigate error messages, independently find solutions and coordinate more complex cases with specialists and partner companies.
You analyse support volumes and error trends and derive concrete improvements for systems and processes.
You participate in system adjustments, implementations, migrations and user acceptances.
You develop clear instructions, work guidelines and knowledge bases for users and support teams.
Qualifications:
You have training in IT, commercial or logistics fields and several years of professional experience.
You possess sound knowledge in SAP support and ideally insights into MM, SD, PP or EWM.
You are familiar with error analysis methods and ideally have experience with debugging as well as ticket and knowledge platforms.
You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even with complex dependencies.
You communicate confidently in German and can communicate well in English in a professional environment.
