For our established clients in the main construction trade in the Lucerne region, we are looking for an experienced and assertive Construction Foreman for a long-term assignment with the possibility of permanent employment. This position is also suitable for very experienced foremen or leaders who wish to continue working after the FAR and want to apply their experience purposefully.

Job Description

• Independent management and organisation of the construction site
• Coordination of foremen and employees
• Schedule, quality, and cost control
• Work preparation and material disposition
• Reporting and construction site documentation
• Contact person for site management, architects, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with SUVA and safety regulations

We expect

• Training as a bricklayer EFZ
• Further training as a Construction Foreman (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of leadership experience in construction
• Organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• High social competence and assertiveness
• Very good German skills (speaking and understanding - mandatory)
• Resident in the Lucerne region or mobile
