As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, kitchen and household appliance sales and installation, as well as maintenance of installations.
In this role, you are the HR support point for a diverse and demanding technical population. Your role: support managers, strengthen skills, manage sensitive situations, and ensure consistent application of HR policies across multiple sites. You are expected for your reliability, clarity, and decision-making ability.
HR Business Partner (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Development and performance: support managers in evaluating and developing skills, as well as in career decisions (development plans, training, coaching, skills assessments, promotions, and internal mobility).
- Employee and apprentice relations: onboarding, resignations, dismissals, retirements, long absences, etc. Maintain a professional climate with a client orientation, ensuring work-life balance and handling sensitive situations.
- Manager advice: provide clear, substantiated, and immediately actionable recommendations. Help structure decisions and maintain a solid framework.
- Salary policy and HR governance: ensure organizational consistency, apply salary policy, contribute to job evaluations and market surveys. Participate in budgeting processes and salary reviews.
- Field presence: ensure real proximity to teams within your multi-site activity perimeter. Regular travel is essential.
- Internal HR collaboration: work closely with the HR team (Talent Acquisition, administration, payroll, projects) and management to ensure a coherent and smooth approach throughout the HR cycle.
Profile:
- University degree, Federal Diploma as HR Specialist or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
- Very good command of MS Office and ease with ERP systems.
- Ability to take a stand, manage pressure, remain factual. Strong analysis, direct communication, sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain direct and professional communication.
- French or German native speaker, good command of the other language.
- Driving license and appropriate mobility essential.
