Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the professional care and support of residents during the night
Ensuring high care quality and compliance with quality standards
Seamless care documentation in BESA or BesaDoc
Calm and competent action in emergency situations (on-call service and home doctor available)
Appreciative and empathetic interaction with the residents
Qualifications:
Completed training as a nursing professional HF, FH, DN II, DN I or equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Experience in geriatrics and enjoyment of working with elderly people
Knowledge of BESA/BesaDoc advantageous (RAI LTCF from November 2026)
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
