About the job
Situated on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view of the Alps, the Rotonda Foundation care centre is home to over 60 elderly people. The facility includes 36 senior apartments with a wide range of services and an integrated Spitex service. Additionally, we operate a cafeteria, a restaurant, and a daycare centre.
Due to pregnancy/maternity, we are looking for a Residential Group Leader (80-100%) of the Protected Residential Group for People with Dementia to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities
- Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of a care team as well as participation in daily care activities
- Ensuring a high, resident-oriented quality of care
- Committed collaboration in the nursing management team and interdisciplinary working groups
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Warm and empathetic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Appreciative, supportive and advisory in dealing with employees
- Strong resilience, networked thinking and excellent communication skills
- Solid RAI and IT knowledge
