Certified Nursing Specialist Admission and OR Planning

Flexibility, planning and structure come naturally to you, you have already gained experience in nursing or in the operating theatre and can imagine planning and coordinating processes before, during and after surgery? The University Clinic for Paediatric Surgery cares for and treats children aged 0-16 years in the specialties of orthopaedics, traumatology, visceral surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, urology, hand surgery, craniofacial malformations, ophthalmology, ENT and neonatal surgery.

What to expect

• Demand-oriented planning of outpatient and inpatient admission and surgery appointments
• Patient-related administration and documentation
• Personal and telephone contact with patients and their relatives
• Collaboration and communication in interdisciplinary and interprofessional planning

What you bring

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist or equivalent qualification
• Resilient, open and communicative personality with assertiveness and strong organisational skills
• Methodical, structured, precise and independent way of working
• Loyalty, commitment, flexibility in task management
• A positive attitude towards interprofessional work as well as sound knowledge of specialised terminology
• Confident German, as well as good oral skills in French and English
• Proficient in MS Office, EPIC knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
