Specialist in Payroll Accounting (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you independently and with high accuracy take over payroll accounting and payroll processing. You ensure that all personnel-related calculations are correct and timely. You can expect a varied and exciting task with development potential. You will work closely with a motivated environment. By arrangement, you can complete part of your work from home.
Responsibilities:
You conduct and control the monthly payroll runs for several group companies
You maintain payroll master data and process entries and exits
You calculate AHV, ALV, BVG, KTG and UVG and prepare annual reports
You are responsible for withholding tax reconciliations as well as payroll-related declarations
You are the contact person for salary and social insurance questions
You support monthly and annual financial statements as well as payroll accruals
You contribute to process optimisations and the further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with solid experience in payroll or personnel accounting
Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and withholding tax system
Experience in financial accounting as well as with monthly and annual closing work is an advantage
IT affinity and ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Very good German language skills
