Tasks

Skills
- Fluent in German or Swiss German, plus English and another language.

- You take First Level Support inquiries and complaints and handle errors and technical problems
- You support VIP customers with tact and experience
- Complete and error-free recording of customer requests in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- German or Swiss German is your native language
- In addition, you master English and Italian or English and French in spoken and written form
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are additional plus points
- You are looking for a hybrid working model, where you can also work a few days from home
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Until the 5th year of service, one additional day of vacation each year
- For night, Sunday, and holiday shifts, you receive bonuses of up to 50%
