Job Description

You welcome customers in the shop and are responsible for receiving orders, providing professional advice, and processing orders. You handle and track orders and clarify product questions with our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers in the shop and by phone on products, prices, delivery times, as well as technical or organisational matters. In short: you are the link between our customers, our suppliers, and the internal departments.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team-oriented and responsible individual who enjoys dealing with customers. Training as an electrician EFZ is mandatory. You have a flair for entrepreneurial thinking and acting and possess MS Office skills. You are accustomed to working independently. Your confident German, both spoken and written, and your communication skills complete your profile.
