Would you like to actively shape the digital future of SAP and time management with your team? In this versatile leadership role, you take responsibility for a central specialist department. Together with your team of four, you create sustainable added value for our police force. Here, leadership meets innovative spirit – and you get the freedom to make a real impact.
Your tasks
- Leadership with trust: You lead and support your team (4 employees) and actively drive the digitalisation of internal processes.
- Innovation & development: You are responsible for the design, development and implementation of new functionalities and processes in the SAP landscape (MM/HCM) and the time management system.
- System & process responsibility and project management: You continuously maintain, support and develop the SAP modules MM and HCM as well as our time and expense recording system "Time". You are also responsible for authorisation management. You lead or accompany important (sub-)projects and represent your department in internal and external committees.
- Interface competence (SPOC): You are the central hub for SAP within the Cantonal Police and maintain close contact with the CCOE SAP of the Finance Administration as well as the internal helpdesk.
- Knowledge transfer & support: You are responsible for key user support, document innovations (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso) and conduct management training in German and French.
Your profile
- Solid foundation: A completed higher education (FH, university) in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification, combined with solid IT experience and know-how in the financial environment.
- SAP expertise: Several years of solid experience in handling the SAP modules MM and HCM.
- Project & leadership experience: You have successfully led projects and have experience in leading, motivating and developing teams.
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills, interconnected thinking, solution orientation as well as a pronounced affinity for technical subject areas.
- Personality & language: You are a motivated, socially competent personality who communicates appropriately for the audience at all hierarchical levels. As you also train the French-speaking management, you express yourself fluently in spoken French.
