Order Processing Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Order clean-up and entry of orders in the components business
- Responsible for customer orders from order to delivery, in coordination with other departments
- Creating order confirmations
- Transmitting the recorded orders to production
- Creating and checking production documents
- Contact person for our customers in order processing regarding orders, dates and order changes
- Cancellation management
We expect from you
- Commercial or technical basic training with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial or industrial environment
- Initial experience in order processing is desirable
- Native German speaker, good oral and written knowledge of French, good oral knowledge of English
- Committed personality with strong customer/solution orientation as well as pronounced personal responsibility
