Salary - CHF180,000 - 230,000Role:
In this role, as an experienced doctor, you take on a key medical responsibility with direct influence on diagnostics, software, and company development. You shape structures and processes with a high degree of creative freedom and benefit from short decision-making paths. You work closely with an interdisciplinary team from medicine, technology, marketing, sales, and business development. The position offers a varied activity at the interface of cardiology, digital diagnostics, and medical innovation, as well as flexible employment conditions with largely independent organisation of your work. You make a meaningful contribution to accessible, efficient, and high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities:
You assume overall medical responsibility for the cardiological diagnostic services.
In this role, you continuously develop reporting guidelines, quality standards, and escalation processes.
You lead and train the medical team and promote a high level of professional competence.
As Medical Overall Responsibility General Medicine, you ensure medical quality, patient safety, and efficient procedures.
You interpret long-term ECGs and other cardiological examinations via the platform and CardioDesk and provide professional second opinions.
In this role, you answer medical queries and maintain professional exchange with referring practices, clinics, and partners.
Qualifications:
- You hold the FMH specialist title in cardiology or an equivalent title recognised in Switzerland, as well as a valid professional practice licence by the start of employment at the latest.
- You have solid experience in rhythmology and in the evaluation of long-term ECGs.
- You are well acquainted with digital diagnostics, telemedicine, and data-based work processes.
- Continuous professional development and the application of current cardiological standards are a matter of course for you.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and active participation in shaping innovative medical services motivate you.
- You communicate clinical requirements clearly to technical and non-medical professionals and work in a structured, independent, and interdisciplinary manner; you are fluent in German, with French and English being advantageous.
