About the job

• You ensure material and production readiness according to project and production schedules.
• You derive the required material and production needs from project plans, bills of materials, and schedules.
• You create, plan, and schedule production orders in SAP and ensure their correct project allocation and timely execution.
• You coordinate and initiate appropriate measures in close collaboration with purchasing, production, engineering, project management, and logistics.
• You ensure the quality and currency of planning and production-relevant data in SAP.
• You support the implementation of technical changes in ongoing and planned production orders.
• You identify optimisation potentials in requirements planning, work preparation, and production processing and actively contribute to their implementation.

• Several years of experience in requirements planning, work preparation, production planning, material disposition, or project-related procurement
• Completed technical or commercial training with a strong technical understanding; further training in logistics, AVOR, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage
• Very good understanding of bills of materials, production orders, schedules, and material flows in an industrial or project-oriented environment
• Technical understanding of hardware, electronic components, and assemblies, ideally with experience in the field of printed circuit boards and electronics
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as collaboration with purchasing, suppliers, engineering, and production
• Ability to understand technical documents and material requirements as well as recognise dependencies between material, technology, and production
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured working method in a project-critical environment
