Role:

In this role, you design innovative energy solutions and develop forward-looking concepts for efficient self-consumption. You take responsibility for planning, optimising, and implementing projects that promote the use of renewable energies and intelligent energy systems. You analyse technical, economic, and regulatory frameworks and derive viable solutions. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure smooth project management, and guarantee the achievement of defined goals. With your expertise, you drive continuous improvements and establish standards that enable sustainable and economical energy use.

Responsibilities:

• You advise and support customers as well as investors, planners, electrical installers, and solar technicians on ZEV, e-mobility, contracting, as well as heating and water billing.
• You acquire new customers, develop suitable energy solutions, and accompany the entire offer and contract process.
• You lead demanding projects and coordinate all parties from planning to successful commissioning.
• You review measurement concepts, accompany construction sites, and ensure economical and timely implementation.
• You commission systems and plants and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
• In this role, you support ongoing operations with technical questions and drive the further development of our processes, services, and products, especially in the area of heating and water.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in electrical, building, or energy technology, preferably with further education at HF/FH level or comparable qualification
• Solid technical understanding, preferably with a background as an electrical installer or in a related technical profession, combined with good commercial understanding
• Several years of experience in managing technical projects and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Knowledge in the areas of ZEV, e-mobility, smart metering, or energy services is desirable
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking and good overview of several projects simultaneously
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence
