Responsible Technical Service / Maintenance Specialist, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You ensure the availability, operational safety and preservation of value of all production, infrastructure and supply systems
• You lead and motivate the maintenance team and document the processes
• In addition, you manage facility management and oversee the spare parts warehouse
• You organise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance
• In doing so, you coordinate internal employees as well as external specialists
• You continuously optimise and lead project teams
• Furthermore, you are responsible for safety, occupational health, the fire team and the vehicle fleet
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable (m/f/d)
• Further training as a maintenance specialist, technician or similar is also important
• You also bring several years of experience in the above tasks as well as good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Leadership skills, technical affinity as well as knowledge in electrical engineering and automation are also required
• Do you describe yourself as solution-oriented, quality-conscious, communicative and cooperative?
