Depending on your profile and speciality (workshop or installation), you will be required to:

In the workshop:

• Carry out cutting, machining and preparation of wooden elements (doors, windows, bespoke furniture, fittings).

• Use traditional machines (jointer, planer, spindle moulder) and CNC machines.

• Read and interpret technical plans to ensure manufacturing meets expectations.

• Perform careful finishing (sanding, gluing, surface treatment).

On site (installation):

• Install interior fittings, kitchens, windows, doors and staircases at private or professional clients’ premises.

• Work independently ensuring precise and clean installation.

• Maintain communication and coordination on site.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a carpenter/cabinetmaker, a basic federal certificate, or have equivalent validated professional experience (journeyman level).
• Technical skills: You master reading plans and using the tools and machines of the trade.
• Autonomy and rigour: You are able to work alone or in a team, with a constant concern for precision and quality of work delivered.
• Mobility: A driving licence (category B) is highly desirable for travel to sites.
• Personality: You are punctual, motivated, and have a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
