For our partner, a company specialised in automotive glazing where safety and customer satisfaction are paramount, we are seeking an autonomous and solution-oriented Technician.

Your playground:

Behind the wheel of your fully equipped service vehicle, you professionally handle orders to ensure a high level of satisfaction:

• Technical interventions: You carry out the replacement of windshields, side windows, and sunroofs, both in the workshop and directly at private customers' locations.

• High technology: You precisely calibrate onboard cameras and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after each intervention.

• Commercial sense: As a true brand ambassador in the field, you advise customers and respond to their needs professionally.

• Autonomous management: You organise your trips and take care of your tools to successfully complete your daily tasks.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mechanic, bodywork technician, or automation technician.

• Skills: You possess great autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Personality: Flexible and rigorous, you can adapt to customer requests while respecting the strictest safety standards.

• Mobility: You must hold a category B driving licence.

• Language: You have a perfect command of French to follow the initial 2-month technical training conducted in Swiss German at a French-speaking centre. Knowledge of English and German is appreciated.

• A comprehensive internal initial training of 2 months to lead you towards technical excellence.

• An evolving position with real career prospects: possibility to follow internal commercial training to eventually become a site manager.
