Tasks

• Order management including price and deadline negotiations with suppliers
• Procurement, checking and maintenance of product master data
• Collaboration in inventory management of various product groups
• Support in the preparation and analysis of data for tenders and project enquiries
• Participation in cross-departmental logistics and inventory management projects
• Processing and support of topics in the area of sustainability

Requirements

• Commercial basic training, preferably in the areas of wood, wholesale or procurement
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing or supply chain management as well as appropriate further training
• Practical experience with ERP systems, ideally MS Business Central
• Confident handling of MS Office and a strong affinity for digital processes and systems
• Communicative personality with high social competence and empathy
• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
