We are looking for a committed and competent person at the Riehen location from now or by arrangement
Medical Secretary

Your Profile:
- Completed training as a medical secretary
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and confident handling of MS Office as well as practice and hospital software (ideally CuraMed, WiCare and Nexus)
- Independent, structured working style with a high awareness of quality
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Resilient, communicative personality with team spirit and organisational strength
- Flexible, patient, persistent, even in hectic situations
- Working days: Monday & Friday afternoons + 1 day OR Tuesday & Wednesday full days
Your Tasks:
- Organisation of daily practice: working at reception, telephone service, appointment planning, administration, correspondence and electronic medical records
- Processing emails, as well as issuing prescriptions and orders such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy etc.
- Ensuring medical billing and invoice control (TARDOC)
- Entering reports/findings
- Close cooperation and communication with doctors, nursing and interprofessional teams
