To strengthen our team in the Cashier/Customer Service area, we are looking immediately, fixed-term until 14.10.2026, at the Langenthal location, for a motivated and committed Cashier/Customer Service Employee (m/f/d), 40%.
Your responsibilities
- You take care of customer concerns and complaints and develop quick and confident solutions.
- You ensure a smooth process at the checkout and provide a professional check-out service.
- You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the assortment and service area, covering both our offline and online offerings.
- You place webshop orders for our customers via tablet, creating a unique, comprehensive shopping experience.
- You are the contact point for e-shop pickups and e-shop returns.
- You are an expert for our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programs.
- You perform general administrative tasks in the back office.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or a commercial field.
- You have experience in a comparable position, preferably in customer service.
- You are a communicative personality and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
- You can handle a high customer frequency and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are a team player and value a neat appearance and exemplary manners.
- You have good IT skills and are proficient in common office applications.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You have a clean debt collection and criminal record extract.
