Period: spring semester (February to July)
We are looking for a lecturer to teach the contract law module (M09) as part of the Bachelor of Law, corresponding to a workload of 18%.
This module deepens contract law by addressing the special part of the Code of Obligations and the main contracts (sale, enterprise, work, mandate, lease, loan, guarantees…), as well as their interactions with the general part of the CO.
