Under the responsibility of the Indirect Purchasing Manager, your main mission will be to manage indirect purchasing for the Manufacture (Machines, tools and MRO).

In this context, your activities are as follows:

• Participate in the development of strategies for your category in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Define annual cost optimisation objectives while ensuring an action plan, guaranteeing quality service within deadlines and assessing contractual risks
• Support various departments during the tender process, lead negotiation phases and evaluate financial performance (TCO)
• Take part in all stages of contracting (with establishment of SLA & KPIs) and provide support in case of disputes with suppliers due to non-compliance with agreed contractual terms
• Initiate continuous improvement projects, performance management and risk management
• Analyse market trends to seek new suppliers while considering technological, economic and environmental aspects

• You hold a university degree in Purchasing or Business Administration
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally with 5 years’ prior experience in an industrial environment
• You have proven experience in category management according to the Category Management methodology
• You are recognised for your strong negotiation and communication skills
• With a strong sense of responsibility, you are flexible and able to manage complex situations.
• You are accustomed to working in project mode, which are both bold and ambitious
• You are recognised for your proactivity with a true team spirit and a sense of service
• You have a perfect command of French and English
