Job Description

This management position has great development potential

Continuous day shifts without room duties

Supervision of the service departments and, depending on experience, also housekeeping with around 25 employees including all associated responsibilities
Ensuring efficient processes through forward-looking deployment planning
Ensuring a high-quality service
Various administrative tasks such as ordering and managing the wine cellar
Promoting and maintaining team spirit and a calm working atmosphere

Qualifications

Completed training as a restaurant specialist and/or hotel specialist or completed hotel management school
Leadership experience
Hospitality mentality
Team player
Entrepreneurial thinking
German as a native language or very good German skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
