Senior Customer Advisor*in Advisory Centre Operations Compliance 80 – 100%
This is what you will achieve
- You support the team with compliance clarifications (e.g. payments, anti-money laundering) by contacting customers by phone and documenting the information obtained in a structured manner.
- You independently process further clarification assignments from Legal & Compliance, ensure timely processing and are responsible for the correct forwarding of the results.
- You monitor your set deadlines and tasks and complete them on time.
- You actively contribute to continuous improvements of processes and thus contribute to their further development.
This is what you bring
- You have a banking qualification and preferably experience in the field of compliance. Due diligence obligations (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA) are not foreign words to you.
- You have an appealing and confident oral and written expression in German. English skills and any other language are an advantage.
- Your networked thinking ability as well as your communication skills complete your profile.
- Your commitment and openness quickly make you a valuable team member.
