The company is an established trust firm supporting its clients in accounting, payroll administration, taxes, and auditing. Personal advice, high professional competence, and long-term collaboration are central. To strengthen the small team, a person is currently sought as Clerk / Administrator Trust & Payroll 60–100%, who will take over the payroll administration of various mandates and support the accounting team. The position offers varied tasks, direct client contact, as well as a modern and collegial working environment. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You will independently manage payroll administration for various mandates and be responsible for payroll runs, entries and exits, as well as handling social security matters
- Contact with clients, insurance companies, and authorities is part of your varied daily work, as is processing accident, illness, and EO cases, as well as preparing salary certificates
- In the accounting area, you support the team with processing creditors, bank bookings, payment transactions, and other ongoing accounting tasks
- You use modern digital tools in your daily work and actively contribute to the efficient management of different client mandates
You offer your new employer:
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally bring initial professional experience in payroll administration, trust, or accounting
- You already have further training in human resources, for example as a clerk in human resources, or are willing to complete it
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with Abacus or BMD are advantageous and will facilitate your entry into the varied tasks
- An exact, structured, and service-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in dealing with people characterise you, as does your high willingness to learn
