Clerk Visitor Services
This is the role
- Planning, organising and coordinating dealer and visitor groups at the chain factory
- Welcoming and conducting factory tours for dealers and visitor groups
- Planning, coordinating and accompanying events within the framework of visitor programmes
- Collaborating on marketing projects of the chain factory as well as within the STIHL Group
- Further developing existing communication tools and updating information materials in a target group-oriented manner
- Support and deputising in the reception area
- Various assistance tasks
What we expect
- Completed commercial training
- Further training in communication and/or marketing is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in communication or marketing is desirable
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as high solution orientation
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Technical interest
