- Management and maintenance of user accounts, end devices and basic services
- Monitoring and maintenance of existing systems
- Documenting support cases and capturing know-how in internal systems
- Support with migration and rollout projects
- Experience in IT support and system administration
- Good basic knowledge in areas such as client/server, networks, user management and IT security
- Experience with an IT service provider is an advantage
- Customer-friendly manner, solution-oriented thinking and high self-organisation
- Very good German skills, solid English skills
Responsibilities
- Technical support for customers in 1st and 2nd level support- Management and maintenance of user accounts, end devices and basic services

Profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or comparable professional experience- Experience in IT support and system administration
- Good basic knowledge in areas such as client/server, networks, user management and IT security
- Experience with an IT service provider is an advantage

- Very good German skills, solid English skills
