The St. Urban retirement home in Winterthur-Seen, with around 200 employees, is a significant employer in the region. In our lovingly managed houses, around 120 residents find a safe and personal home - whether in the senior living area, in the nursing department, or in our two specialized dementia living groups at the Freitag center. To complement our HR managers, we are looking for a committed, trustworthy, and reliable person as an HR Clerk 60% starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your diverse tasks:
- Independent handling of the complete Employee Life Cycle
- Time tracking management in Polypoint
- Contact person for managers and employees on administrative HR matters
- Data preparation for monthly payroll processing
- Handling of accident and sickness absences including insurance notifications
- Preparation of interim and work certificates
- Active participation in HR projects as well as the ongoing development of HR processes
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
- Further training in human resources (e.g., HR clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration
- High affinity for digitalization, Polypoint knowledge
- Perfect German skills in spoken and written form
- An open ear, empathy, and discretion
- Enjoyment in shaping and pitching in as part of a team
- Appreciative working atmosphere with flat hierarchies
- 5 weeks of vacation
