What you can look forward to.

As a Shift Supervisor: Cleaning, you will ensure together with your team that our customers travel in clean trains. You lead the shift, participate in cleaning, and ensure the quality of cleaning. You coordinate personnel resources according to demand and ordered services and are the contact person for your team as well as for communication with stakeholders. You see irregular working hours and shift work as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others work. Night and weekend work are additionally compensated, e.g. with an hourly wage supplement of 16 francs for Sunday work. For night shifts, you receive time bonuses of 10 to 30%, which allows you more free time. What you bring with you.

• You enjoy working with people.
• You are proficient in using digital tools.
• You are willing to work in shift operations.
• You have experience in the cleaning industry and knowledge of railway operations.
• You have completed training as a cleaning technician EFZ or an equivalent qualification.
• You have good knowledge of German (level B1); knowledge at level B2 is an advantage.
