Your tasks

• Management and coordination of product development projects in the Stage-Gate process
• Control and further development of the product development portfolio
• Leading Stage-Gate and project meetings
• Ensuring the prioritisation of initiatives (economic justifications, benefit assessments and roadmaps)
• Central interface between product management, development, marketing, sales and finance
• Monitoring key figures, project progress and portfolio performance
• Preparation of decision documents for management and steering committees

Your profile

• Completed training in the chemical field (FH/HF/Uni)
• Business management training (FH/HF/Uni)
• Experience at the interface between technology, market and business
• Sound knowledge in project and portfolio management, including prioritisation, resource planning as well as risk and target control
• Ability to ensure that the right projects are selected and their objectives are met throughout the entire development process
• Strong understanding of project management
• Very good understanding of strategic objectives and the ability to derive and manage suitable projects
• Very good German and English skills
