About the job
For our retirement and nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality as a supplement to our hospitality team by arrangement as
Host/ess Hospitality Workload 60 - 100%
Your main tasks:
- Responsible for smooth morning, lunch, and evening service for our residents in the groups (including meal ordering)
- Responsible for cleanliness and implementation of hygiene and food regulations in the department kitchen
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with care, kitchen, and cleaning
- Advising residents on daily menu selection
- Assisting with internal and external events
- Responsible for labeling and supplying residents' laundry
Your profile:
- Completed training (service, hospitality, gastronomy)
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Host/ess with heart and soul
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Experience in service / with elderly people
- Good German skills (Swiss German is an advantage) spoken and written
- Any additional language is an advantage
