Head of Commercial Solutions (m/f/d)Location: Zurich
Workload: 80-100%, home office possible

Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management as well as strategic further development of the nationwide calculation organisation including promotion and coaching of employees
- Responsibility for harmonisation, standardisation and introduction of new methods and digital solutions for continuous improvement of all calculation, quotation and tendering processes in the cleaning and facility management sector
- Management and support of transformation and change management projects to merge various units, further develop the organisation, structures and collaboration between regions
- Overall responsibility for planning, coordination and quality assurance of calculations, tenders and complex quotation projects as well as participation in bid/no-bid decisions
- Responsibility for the further development of calculation standards throughout the entire customer lifecycle – from tendering through implementation to optimisation of existing contracts
- Close cooperation with Operations, Sales & Solutions and other internal stakeholders to develop market-appropriate and competitive solutions
- Support of sales in acquisitions, customer presentations as well as the development of quotation concepts and individual customer solutions
- Responsibility for reporting, forecasting and analysis of market, customer and competitor developments to identify optimisation potential
- Ensuring continuous development of methods, processes and digital calculation and quotation tools
Your profile
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in calculation, tendering or quotation development, ideally in facility management or the cleaning industry
- Ability to win people over to change and promote a culture of collaboration, personal responsibility and continuous improvement
- Experience in leading change processes as well as in further developing teams and organisations
- Sound business management knowledge and a strong understanding of calculations, tenders and pricing strategies
- Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong implementation skills and customer orientation
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities at all hierarchical levels
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
- Digital affinity as well as experience with calculation, reporting and planning tools
- Fluent German, French and English skills as well as the ability to successfully connect different stakeholders and regions
