Your future area of responsibility

• Preparation of mise-en-place and active support in service during early, late, or bar shifts
• Friendly reception of guests, professional recording of requests, as well as serving food and drinks with attention and care
• Proper preparation of classic and modern cocktails, as well as other drinks
• Ensuring consistently high quality of all drinks and compliance with all hygiene regulations
• Smooth cooperation with colleagues in all phases of service – from preparation to completion
• Ensuring a well-kept ambience in the dining area and supporting the adherence to our quality and service standards
• Willingness to develop further and flexible support of the team in different areas of everyday gastronomy

   

   

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel industry or first professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service
• High level of service orientation and the ability to convey a genuine feeling of welcome to guests
• Good English skills in spoken and written form for daily communication with international guests
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously – even in stressful situations
