Our Mission
The political municipality of Fällanden is the sponsor of the Sunnetal Retirement Home. The Sunnetal Retirement Home offers 32 residents a home where they experience appreciation, security, and social interaction. The needs and wishes of the residents are important, and we tailor our services accordingly. The Sunnetal Retirement Home also operates the public Sunnetal Bistro with a garden, which is visited by a diverse clientele of all ages.

Temporary Health Specialist EFZ (Pool Employees Paid by the Hour)
with flexible workload
Your Tasks
- Ensuring appropriate, person-centred, holistic, and professional care and support of residents based on assigned care
- Actively shaping the daily life of residents to enable the best possible quality of life and autonomy
- Carrying out medical orders, preparing and administering medication
- Maintaining and ensuring contact with relatives and third parties
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ (or equivalent qualification) and ideally have professional experience in long-term care
- You maintain a respectful and appreciative approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Strong social skills, independent and responsible working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- Excellent oral and written German communication skills complete your profile
- Knowledge of interRAI LTCF and EasyDOK is desirable
- If your qualification is from abroad, we require the federal recognition certificate (SRK)
