Pool Position Plant Operator

Do you have technical understanding, enjoy practical work, and keep an overview even in an ongoing production operation? For our clients in the Winterthur/Thurgau area, we are continuously looking for motivated plant operators for long-term temporary or permanent positions in industrial and food production.

As this is a collective vacancy, we continuously accept applications and contact suitable candidates for appropriate assignments.

Your tasks

• Operation, monitoring and setup of production and packaging machines
• Ensuring smooth production processes
• Troubleshooting simple faults and adjusting machine parameters
• Filling, packaging and labelling products
• Refilling and cleaning machines
• Quality controls as well as compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Support with general production and warehouse tasks

• Experience as a plant operator, machine operator or line leader is an advantage
• Technical understanding and practical working style
• Experience in food or industrial production is an advantage
• Good German skills (at least level A2–B1)
• Physical resilience and willingness to get stuck in
• Independent, reliable and precise working method
• Willingness to work shifts depending on the assignment
• Knowledge of HACCP or hygiene processes is an advantage
• Training in technical or food technology fields is a plus
